REFRESHMENTS THIS SUMMER

With the scorching heat almost burning your body and tiring you, you must be looking for an easy trick to overcome this tiredness and be fresh and cool within a short period of time. Therefore we bring you some refreshments which would surely be appealing.

1. Refreshing mango juice

Often termed as “the king of fruits”Mango is a must have in this summer season and what better than preparing a  glass of mango juice for yourself.If the mangoes are organic, simply wash them, slice all the flesh, including the skin, off the pit, and then put those pieces in your juicer. If they are not organic, you would be better protected to peel off the skin first, but still, go through the same process.Add two ice cubes to get the best taste ever.

2. Homemade  German Chocolate ice cream

ICECREAMS can never be denied by kids and are still appealing to adults.One of the best ice cream recipes which I have been in love with since childhood days is German Chocolate Icecream.The process of making is very simple and easy. In a large heavy saucepan,  we have to combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.  Then milk and eggs should be added and stirred until smooth. Then the mixture should be cooked and stirred over medium-low heat until mixture is thick enough to coat a metal spoon and reaches 160°, about 15 minutes. This mixture should be refrigerated overnight.

3. Chamonile iced tea

One of the assured best ways to give yourself a boost of energy while cooling you down and refreshing you .Its very easy to make In pot on stove steap tea bags herbs and sweetener in water, boil and let sit til slightly cooled about ten minutes and its ready for consumption.

4. Watermelon jelly

With maximum water content, this fruit is one of the best fruit for consumption in summer.The process of making watermelon jelly is not at all difficult.

the watermelon should be cut into large pieces, discarding the rind. Then it should be placed in a food processor and purée. then the puréed watermelon should be strained through a fine strainer to remove the pulp and seeds.

In a small bowl or measuring cup,  the gelatine should be combined with 1 cup of the watermelon juice; and it should be let to stand for 3 minutes. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, the remaining watermelon juice should be warmed and the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. an 8-inch square glass baking dish should be lightly oiled.  the mixture should be poured in, covered, and refrigerated overnight.and it becomes ready to be served

5. White iced tea

This is a simple recipe that sweetens white iced tea with a bit of sugar. Fresh herbs, such as rosemary, lavender, or mint can be added to make it tastier.
