CMAT(Common Management Aptitude Test), Its is a competitive exam through which students can take admission in different MBA collegIt’s basically an entrance exam for graduate students to pursue MBA in government colleges. It is conducted by AICTE.Any graduate student can apply for this.
The duration of the exam is 3 hours.The exam is conducted offline and online both.Students can apply for either online or offline according to choice.The paper contains 100 questions.It has 4 sections, General knowledge, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and Language comprehension.Each section contains 25 questions.All are of objective type i.e MCQ. For online aspirants, they can change their option by selecting any other option, but for offline aspirants, they have to choose the correct option at once.They have to dark the circle for the correct answer and if they choose more than one option that question would be canceled. All questions will be based on basic knowledge.There is 2 mark for each correct question and one negative mark for each wrong question.And zero mark for the question which is not attempted.
Minimum qualification required to give this exam is the student must have passed (10+2+3) i.e a graduate student.The student must be a citizen of India.The student must have a minimum of 60% marks in 10th,12th, and graduation.
A student can apply offline or online as per wish.The application fee is 600.Fee should be paid either online by credit or debit cards or offline by challan from any one of the banks: State bank, Punjab national bank, Bank of India, HDFC bank(within the given date)
The exam will be conducted from 15th to 20th January.Students can apply for any date and they are free to choose their suitable test city.(other information available on official website)

The form must be filled up properly and photocopies of class 10th 12th pass certificate and graduation certificate must be attached to it, with a recent photo of the student.This is supposed to be sent via post to the official address that is printed in the form. And for online applicants, they can directly fill the form online and submit and upload the required documents.The last date of application is 16th Dec 2015.Admit card will be available for download 1 week before the exam on the official website.It is mandatory for the students to carry they admit cards to the exam venue.Admit card without a valid photo will be considered as cancel.And mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.Students must carry their own equipment that is pencil, pen eraser. Calculators are not allowed.Rough worksheets will be provided in the hall, no need to carry.
After the exam is over result will be declared on 2nd Feb 2016 on the official website and students can check their score and rank.According to rank admission will take place in various colleges in the allotted dates.
