When you Google Frustration. Result shows “the feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something.” This is what it means.
It’s a prevention of Progress that we really want.
This emotion can really be harmful to own-self, to your loved ones and your surroundings. If you lost control over it, Emotion will control you.

When you are frustrated then you either go in past or future. Snap out of those feelings and calm down by focusing in present moment. You can do it by Focusing on your breathing.Just Sit down, close your eyes and focus on breathing.
You must have read about counting 1-100. Trust me it works. Start counting or some activity which diverts your mind.
Be thankful to what you have. You can list down the 10 things you are thankful for. Be satisfied about what you have. Think about all the positives things you have in life. You can be thankful for:

• Be thankful for every single breath
• Be thankful for having friends
• Be thankful for family
• Be thankful for having a good job
• Be thankful for clean water you drink
• Be thankful for electricity
• Be thankful for food
• Be thankful for home you live in
This are just few points there are many things happening around you that you can be grateful for. Think over it. Spend a few minutes on this and you’ll find change in your mood. You will start feeling happy.
Focus on future Actions
As now your attention is in present moment and are grateful for what you have, your vibes are now turning positive, you can now think about what actions can be taken to overcome or avoid such situations in future.
You can do that by asking yourself: what can I do to improve this situation? Whom should I talk about it? Shall I give it one more chance? Questions will vary as per your situation make sure you list down all those questions, this will help you find answer and sort out the problem in much simpler way.
List down Accomplishment
You can list down your accomplishment. This will help you keep boosted. Your list can start with below points:
• What I have learned?
• What new skills I have gained?
• How much work I have done so far?
• How many people I have helped?
• How much closer I am to Goal?
Things are usually not as bad as they appear. Sometimes we make things complex. Taking a break and remembering to keep your senses active would also help you. Thinking will only get you negative vibes and drain your energy. A positive mind is far more open to solutions and answers. A closed mind will not be able to see the possible solutions so Stay Positive no matter how worst the situation gets if you stay positive you can be the savior of the situation and you will not only help yourself but you can be helpful to other too.
